FAQ
What is a zine? A zine is a compilation of creative works, usually artworks and writing. It's like a miniature magazine and it's usually made/assembled by fans of a certain show/series/character/game/etc.
What kind of zine is this? It is a free, digital zine for the one and only Futakuchi Kenji! We also plan to have digital merch.
When do contributor apps open? Applications are open: July 9 to July 30! Tentatively we're looking for ~12 Artists and 10 Writers. Artists will have the option to opt into merch if they wish, but there will not be a separate application for merch.
Is this SFW? The rating is Gen, T. We plan to have a SFW zine and a smaller, NSFW zine as well. If any 18+ contributors wish to work on the NSFW zine, they will be allowed to.
What is the theme of the zine? The title of the zine is 二口 堅治 (Futakuchi Kenji): Sweet/Sour because our boy got his sweet and sour (which is more commonly known) sides and in this zine, we will explore that sides of him and delve more into his personality and life — canon & au, past & present — and see what he's all about. We'll be releasing this on November 10 to celebrate his day!
Can we feature other characters/ships? You can mention/reference other characters and ships but the main focus of your piece should be Futakuchi Kenji. Futakuchi ships, platonic or romantic, are allowed!
Is the zine only set in canonverse or are AUs allowed? Canonverse and AUs are both allowed! We want to show Futakuchi in all types of ways.
What are the zine specs? A5 - Digital zine
How will contributors be compensated? As this will be a free digital zine, contributors will NOT have a money compensation. They will, instead, be given the zine pdf and all digital merch (early access).
Who is allowed to apply? Anyone is allowed to apply however only 18+ contributors will be accepted for the NSFW side zine.
Am I allowed to apply for more than one contributor position? You can apply for more than one contributor position (e.g. as an artist and a writer) but you will only be accepted for one (e.g. as an artist only). In the application form, there will be an option where you can state your role preference in order.

Please try to include at least 1 work with Futakuchi in it if possible
For those who are interested and plan to contribute on the NSFW section, please include at least one (1) NSFW sample

At least 3 Samples ( 1 work should at least mention or features Futakuchi )
1k - 3k words each sample
Portfolio (gdrive folder / Ao3) is optional
